Mitch has a knack for growing construction-trade companies and is responsible for building the KES family as the premier electrical-services provider in the Intermountain West. With companies in Utah, Wyoming and Idaho, Mitch takes pride in providing the highest level of service to local residents and business owners, resulting in customer satisfaction and employee pride. After work, Mitch enjoys hiking, skiing, biking and golf.

Thomas Causey
Vice President

Thomas founded West Pointe Electric Solutions in 2000 and has worked with homeowners, architects and engineers on designing showcase residences and commercial spaces. His knowledge and experience include wiring restaurants, green houses, environmental projects and security systems. Thomas welcomes the opportunity to meet with clients throughout the design-build process to ensure an outstanding job every time.

Steve Schultz
Vice President

Steve has worked in all aspects of the electrical business, having owned and managed his own electrical services company in the 1990s. He specializes in large commercial and high-end residential projects and is knowledgeable of automation, including sound systems, theater systems, lighting and camera controls. Steve’s knowledge and experience have been instrumental in developing electrical systems for high-profile clients throughout the Intermountain West.

Tony Gannuscio
Operations Manager

Tony offers more than 25 years local experience, having graduated from Westminster College with a degree in Electrical Technology. He joined the KES team as an electrician in 1991, obtained his journeyman license in 1998, and quickly advanced to foreman before rising to superintendent and project manager. He manages larger accounts and is actively involved in electrical designs, implementation and programming complex lighting control systems for KES customers.

Phil McDonald
Office Manager

Phil has worked in construction office management since 1999 and was VP of Operations at Great Salt Lake Artemia from 1995 to 2000. He patented and manufactured physical therapy products of his own design from 1980 to 1995 and has worked in various aspects of construction through the years. Outside the office, he enjoys professional motocross racing, dual sport motorcycle exploring, hiking, skiing, and mountain biking.
